Cutting Instruction Forms
Here are forms you can fill out and fax (sorry we do not accept e-mails at this time) back to us for cutting instructions on your animal before you bring it in. These are available in Adobe acrobat and Microsoft Word. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat you can download it here.
Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or Later is REQUIRED to open Acrobat Documents.
If you would like to save this file to your
computer so you don't have to
download it again, just right click on the blue link and select "Save
Target As".
Select where you want to save it to and then click "Save".

The Adobe Acrobat forms are made to be
filled out on your computer and then printed. You can then
send them back to us via Fax.

The best way is to fill these out is to save them to your
computer so you can use them at a later date. First
right click on lettering for the forms or the pictures below for the cuts. When
you right click you will get this menu
Click here to Open.
Select "Save Target As". The next menu save the file to your desktop
and your done.
If you need to view a Cut chart Select a
Chart below. This will give you an idea as to the cuts for
Beef, Hogs & Lamb.
